BICII

Builds by FUK CYCLES

Every bike deserves a second life.

BICII's builds are done by FUK CYCLES, short for Fixes. U. Keep.: Bobby and a fellow enthusiast. A lot of what comes through is early-90s steel mountain bikes, built up from a bare frame, brought back from beaten-up, or modernised enough to ride every day.

Two ways to build

Prices are labour only; parts and frames are extra. Tight budget? We can still make it work.

  • Full Send

    S$180

You bring everything: groupset, wheelset, cables and housing, stem, bar, grips and levers. We put it all together clean.

  • Clean Slate

    From S$250

Starting from scratch? We sit down with you first and talk look, feel and how you want it to ride, then source the parts and build it. S$100 deposit to start, the rest on collection.

Parts FUK CYCLES carries

FUK CYCLES distributes two Indonesian makers: Edsen Steel Craft, from Bekasi, and Ken Bike, from Pati in Central Java. Stock comes and goes, so ask.

  • Edsen Steel Craft

Coffee racks from @edwanbao: hollow steel tubing, TIG-welded and powder-coated, with cup holders at the ends. The Samosir bar when it's in stock.

  • Ken Bike

The Sunrise and Moonrise bars: stainless steel, 22.2 mm clamp, 750 mm uncut. Bikes on Singapore's paths can be no more than 700 mm wide, bar ends included, so ask about cutting one to fit.

Bikes for sale

FUK CYCLES also sells old bikes on Carousell. Each listing says what's been done to it.

Things people ask

Do I need to know what I want?
No. Clean Slate starts with a sit-down about how you want the bike to look, feel and ride. A frame you like is enough to start.
Can you use parts I already have?
That's what Full Send is for: bring the parts and we'll build it.
Are you taking builds right now?
Build slots open and close, and the @fukcycles bio says which. Check there before you message.

Start with a message.

Send the frame, the parts you have, and how you want it to ride. Builds are booked through @fukcycles on Instagram.
